Question 1

Why does the AI forget between chats?

Accepted Answer

Today’s chat-based AI services lack memory between sessions. Your memory lies in the files you upload — not in the service.

Question 2

Does Dialogue Synthesis work with ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The model is platform-independent — it consists of files and texts that work in all chat-based AI services.

Question 3

Do I need to be technically skilled to use it?

Accepted Answer

No. You upload files and paste in a ready-made prompt. The AI handles the analysis; you review the result.

Question 4

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. The package is freely available.

Question 5

What happens to sensitive data?

Accepted Answer

It should never be written into a synthesis. The template contains an explicit rule about this, and the review step is there to double-check.

Question 6

How is this different from just saving the whole chat?

Accepted Answer

A chat log is raw data: long, hard to get an overview of and difficult to upload into the next session. A dialogue synthesis is distilled: only the decisions, the rationale and the lessons — formatted so that the next AI session can use them immediately, and so that a human can read them in five minutes.

Question 7

Can we use the model in a team?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is one of its strengths. A synthesis is an ordinary document that can be shared, version-managed and loaded by a colleague’s AI agent. This makes decisions transparent instead of living in individual chats.
